This blend pairs two peptides that stimulate growth-hormone release through different receptors. CJC-1295 without DAC, also called modified GRF (1-29), is a GHRH analog with four amino-acid substitutions that make it more resistant to breakdown than sermorelin. Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide that activates the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a) and is noted in research for its selectivity for growth-hormone release.
Acting on the GHRH receptor and the ghrelin receptor at the same time, the pair is studied for amplified, pulsatile growth-hormone release compared with either peptide alone, as well as for pituitary signalling and the GH / IGF-1 axis.

DAC (drug affinity complex) is a chemical add-on that extends half-life. The No DAC version, modified GRF (1-29), is shorter acting and keeps a pulsatile release pattern.
They stimulate growth-hormone release through two different receptors, so researchers study them together for their combined effect.
