Sermorelin is a synthetic peptide matching the first 29 amino acids of human growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH 1-29, amidated). This N-terminal fragment is the shortest sequence that retains the full biological activity of the native 44-amino-acid hormone at the pituitary GHRH receptor.
Sermorelin is used in research on pulsatile growth-hormone secretion, pituitary function and the GH / IGF-1 axis, and as the parent sequence for modified analogs such as CJC-1295 (modified GRF 1-29).

Sermorelin is GHRH (1-29), the active 29-amino-acid fragment of growth hormone-releasing hormone, used in pituitary and endocrine research.
No. CJC-1295 (No DAC) is a modified version of the same 1-29 sequence with four amino-acid substitutions that improve its stability.
No. Sermorelin is sold strictly for laboratory research use. It is not a drug, food or supplement, and is not for human or veterinary use or for diagnosing, treating or preventing any condition.
